Tailormade Blinds – Warranty Information
The obligation on Tailormade Blinds Pty. Ltd is limited to the repair or replacement of products or components that are found to be defective and excludes shipping charges. Tailormade Blinds reserves the right to discharge its obligation under this warranty be refunding the original purchase price of the product. Any repairs will be made with like or similar parts.
Warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser and be accompanied by proof of payment in full of the original purchase price.
This warranty is issued to cover all products supplied by Tailormade Blinds for a period of 5 years from date of purchase on all products. The warranty does not include any conditions or damages resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse or failure to follow the manufacturers instructions with respect to measurement, instillation, cleaning or maintenance.
This warranty does not cover instillations subject to salt spray or marine environments, severe industrial or corrosive environments and does not cover storm, tempest, earthquake, lightning, fire, explosion, implosion, failure or movement of supporting structure, falling objects or other outside causes. This warranty does not involve responsibility for incidental or consequential damage or any other direct or indirect damage, loss, expense or fee.
This warranty shall be interpreted and applied subject to the operation of any applicable statute (provisions of which can not be excluded by the parties), including, if applicable, the Australian Trade Practices Act and similar legislation. With the exception of the matters outlined in the document. all other implied terms, warranties and conditions are hereby excluded.
