Refund policy

All of our products are custom made to the measurements and specifications you provide us. Once the order has been received by us, we cannot cancel your order. We do understand that there are times when mistakes are made so if you believe you have made an error, please get in touch with us as soon as possible after placing your order as we might be able to make changes provided the factory have not started production of your order.


Please choose your products carefully as we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection or measurement.


If your order arrives faulty, under the Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a refund or repair depending on the severity of the fault. If we provide you with a refund or replacement, we are entitled to collect the faulty product/s (at our cost) and you must give us reasonable access to do this.


We are not liable for any product issues or faults due to misuse, general wear & tear, negligence, or improper installation or cleaning.
