Payment policy

Transaction Currency AUD – Transactions are processed in AUD through Till Payments and PayPal. A credit card surcharge of 1% will apply to transactions processed through Till payments and a surcharge of 2.7% will be applied to transactions processed through PayPal. Please note; this surcharge will be applied when you check out through PayPal, it will not be totalled in your cart on the Tailor Made Blinds website.

Shipping & delivery policy

We deliver products Australia wide using TNT Express. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $29.95 (metro, regional and rural) per order. This flat rate applies irrespective of the quantity ordered. Please note that a flat rate of $5 will be charged for accessories. Please note that if you have not elected to give authority to leave your parcels unattended and delivery is missed in your absence, a redelivery fee is payable at the amount of the original delivery cost plus $25.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days once manufacture has been completed, and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. Tailormade Blinds Pty Ltd ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do not accept international orders through our website, please contact us on 1300 023 363 to enquire about a special order. Please note we also cannot deliver to a PO Box.

Tailormade Blinds reserves the right to recalculate shipping costs for unique orders or rural areas. In this instance a quote will be provided and this can be accepted or rejected and the order cancelled.

Customer service policy

Tailormade Blinds is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard manufacture and delivery timeframes are between 15–20 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Refund policy

All of our products are custom made to the measurements and specifications you provide us. Once the order has been received by us, we cannot cancel your order. We do understand that there are times when mistakes are made so if you believe you have made an error, please get in touch with us as soon as possible after placing your order as we might be able to make changes provided the factory have not started production of your order.

 

Please choose your products carefully as we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection or measurement.

 

If your order arrives faulty, under the Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a refund or repair depending on the severity of the fault. If we provide you with a refund or replacement, we are entitled to collect the faulty product/s (at our cost) and you must give us reasonable access to do this.

 

We are not liable for any product issues or faults due to misuse, general wear & tear, negligence, or improper installation or cleaning.
