Shipping & Delivery

We deliver products Australia wide using TNT Express. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $44.95 (metro, regional and rural) per order. This flat rate applies irrespective of the quantity ordered. Please note that a flat rate of $5 will be charged for accessories. Please note that if you have not elected to give authority to leave your parcels unattended and delivery is missed in your absence, a redelivery fee is payable at the amount of the original delivery cost plus $25.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days once manufacture has been completed, and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. Tailormade Blinds Pty Ltd ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do not accept international orders through our website, please contact us on 1300 023 363 to enquire about a special order. Please note we also cannot deliver to a PO Box.

Tailormade Blinds reserves the right to recalculate shipping costs for unique orders or rural areas. In this instance a quote will be provided and this can be accepted or rejected and the order cancelled.
